Eric Humes

Eric is an accomplished business development executive and entrepreneur with an extensive background in healthcare information technology. Eric founded Keystone IT in 2001 and Keystone Technologies in 2004. In 2016, Eric led the effort to combine the go-to-market strategies of these two companies in order to consolidate talent and better serve the full continuum of care. Over the last 20 years, Eric has established himself as a national leader in the industry and an expert in health information privacy. Today, the company is the leading regional provider with long-term client partnerships across healthcare and senior living.

In 2015, Keystone was named the 3rd fastest growing company in St. Louis by the St. Louis Business Journal. Eric helped found the non-profit, New Cities 2.0, to improve the lives of seniors using architecture and technology. Eric is a founding member of HIPAAWorkshops, The League of Healthcare Experts, and a board member for the Wildwood YMCA and Center for Hearing and Speech. Eric holds a BS in Computer Science and Business Administration from Webster University in St. Louis.

As Keystone Technologies CIO, Bell is responsible for strategic IT planning and leadership. He works closely with other Keystone leaders to integrate business and IT strategies and works directly with clients on technology strategy. Bell has a special focus on large hospitals, health systems, and integrated delivery networks. He comes to Keystone from Datu Health, where he served as CTO and Senior Vice President of Technology.

Prior to Datu, Bell served with St. Louis-based Mercy Health System for eight years in a variety of roles including CTO, COO of Information Services, and Chief Project Officer in the Project Management Office. While at Mercy, he helped create and execute the Genesys Project, a five-year program that replaced all core clinical and back-office systems. Bell also played a pivotal role in upgrading technical infrastructure, people, and processes at Mercy to achieve a 99.9 percent uptime for all major applications.

Andy Belval

Andy is a results-driven executive with more than 25 years experience in technology, sales and marketing. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Bradley University and has worked in a variety of corporate environments ranging from publicly held, nationwide firms, to privately held, regional companies. He has built his career through success in creating and maintaining relationships with key corporate decision-makers, establishing large-volume, high-profit accounts with excellent levels of retention. He has developed brand identification and awareness campaigns for existing products as well as start-up divisions.

As a sales leader and advisor, Andy is charged with all of the revenue generation processes throughout the organization including business development, sales, solution architecture and client management. As CRO, he helps build vision through strategic planning and implementation. With a commitment to community and faith, Andy is a committee member for Kids In The Middle and the Heartland Chapter of the Lupus Foundation  and is active with the Covenant Presbyterian Church participating in the Choir and Community Groups. Andy has a passion for youth sports coaching baseball and basketball.

Adam has mastered various positions at Keystone serving as a Solutions Architect, NOC Manager, and Lead Security & Solutions Engineer. Adam is an experienced solutions, security and network engineer and a well-known St. Louis area public speaker at events for healthcare organizations. Adam has performed Security & Risk Assessments for clients that range from small regional physician practices, to large nationwide physician practices, assessing not only HIPAA Compliance, but also their network security.

Adam is responsible for IT security, driving the IT security strategy and implementation forward while also protecting the company from security threats and cyber-hacking. The CISO is responsible for operational compliance to all ISO and other standards and regulations and must fully understand the flow of all data within the company in order to define and manage security policies that will protect against information loss, damage, harm or theft.

Adam currently consults in the areas of compliance in HIPAA and PCI-DSS, for over 100 of Keystone Technologies’ clients.  Adam has worked for the United States Air Force as a Technician and a Maintenance System Evaluation Module (MSEM) Operator. He was a System Security Analyst Engineer for Missouri S&T, and a Network Engineer Consultant for Scorpio Consulting. He worked with The National Security Agency, and on Enterprise Level network structures within their academic community. Adam is a pastor at City On The Hill, a husband and proud father to his son and daughter.

Robb Spicer

Robb Spicer

As the Vice President of Implementation and Operations, Robb is responsible for all service delivery and implementation activities at Keystone and on behalf of our clients, which includes cloud, network and server services, telephony, service monitoring, workstation/client management, servers, storage and related software. He is operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and security for all IT systems and infrastructure 24x7x365.

Partnering with our CIO and CRO, Robb leads the Operations teams with overall responsibility for technology infrastructure planning and deployment of technology services. He develops and leads the engineering and support, and project management teams, making technical decisions and working closely with cross functional business areas and IT groups. Robb communicates to the CIO, peers and team, particularly in all critical situations such as unplanned customer downtime or data loss of any kind.

Prior to Keystone IT, Robb spent 16 years working within BJC Health System’s project management teams and physicians in BJC Medical Group as well as all 13 hospitals within BJC Healthcare. Robb was a volunteer firefighter for 16 years and has been a member of the Trenton Park Boosters for more than a decade. He is happily married with one son and three grandkids.

Dave Haas

Dave is an accomplished leader who uses his 20 years of healthcare technology expertise to consistently provide strategic leadership. Dave has a very diverse skill base with abilities ranging from superior technical expertise to CIO level strategy. He provides thought leadership to portfolio and division leaders regarding all of Keystone’s technology offerings. Dave is responsible for aligning client/vertical strategies to the appropriate technology and service components both within Keystone and within our network of partners.

As the VP of Solutions Architecture, the primary focus of Dave’s role is on healthcare data, infrastructure, applications, and product management that supports our client’s technology needs and user experience. The VP of Solution Architecture plays a crucial role in ensuring well-integrated systems working closely with the individual leaders across the technology functional areas and serves as a leader who collaborates within all functional areas of the company. Through Health IT Leadership, HIPAA Compliant Cloud Services, Data Conversion Services, and EMR Hosting Dave’s team creates customizable proposals that can solve many of the technology problems our clients face and develops solutions that allow our clients to focus their time on improving health outcomes.
